Overview

The Gear Raising Machine GRM-300 is a high-end, fully automatic gear-driven raising machine featuring full variable frequency control and a PLC-based dual touch screen interface. Equipped with 24 raising rollers, it is designed for high-efficiency and high-precision surface raising of woven and knitted fabrics.

It is suitable for cylindrical and open-width fabrics, including camel fleece, wool, milk silk, spandex, Lycra, blankets, sweatshirts, fleece, and single- or double-sided pile fabrics. The machine delivers excellent surface consistency, high productivity, and advanced automation for demanding production environments.
