Overview
The Continuous Pressure Ironing Machine is an industrial textile finishing machine designed for continuous steaming and pressure ironing of cotton, wool, linen, silk, polyester, blended and elastic fabrics. It is suitable for both woven and knitted fabrics and is particularly suitable for finishing processes that require low-tension or tension-free fabric handling.
The machine combines high-pressure steam treatment with continuous pressure ironing. During processing, the fabric passes continuously through the steaming and ironing sections under controlled fabric tension. The combined action of steam and pressure helps improve the fabric surface, hand feel and luster while providing a fuller and more consistent finish.
The machine can be used as a pretreatment before decatizing or dyeing, as a final treatment after decatizing or dyeing, or as an independent continuous steaming and ironing process according to the fabric and production requirements.
Compared with conventional fabric steaming processes, the continuous pressure steaming and ironing process is designed to provide improved fabric finishing results, including a fuller hand feel, better luster and improved overall fabric quality. The process also helps maintain dimensional stability after finishing.
The machine uses PLC and touch-screen control for automatic operation of fabric feeding, felt tension, fabric edge alignment, steam inlet pressure, sealing fan airflow and fabric delivery. With an adjustable fabric speed of 4–40 m/min, it is suitable for continuous industrial textile finishing production.
