Feature

  • One air cylinder is installed on the side of each individual brushing roller. Making it easy and precise to change the level and control the brush roller.
  • Simple structure, convenient installation and disassemble. Environmental friendly, low energy consumption.
  • Each brushing roller is driven by two motors on the rear side, and the distance between the brushing roller and fabric guiding base can be adjusted by the spiral rod.
  • Machine structure includes reducer, traction roller, fabric guiding roller, swinging frame etc.
